Partnerships have been forged with Walsall College of Arts and Technology and Walsall Community College to considerably extend the range of lifelong learning and vocational courses available at the Shelfield site.  From September 2005 a wide range of courses have been available such as:

- European Languages [Dutch, French, German, Italian,  Spanish and Russian]

- ICT [wide range of courses]

- Paralegal Legal Studies Certificate ILEX

- Basic Food Hygiene

- NCFE Classroom Asstistant

- Literacy and Numeracy

- City and Guilds Carpentry and Joinery

- Electrics and Plumbing

- Health for Life YMCA

- Gym Instructor Level 1 and 2

- Exercise to Music Level 1 and 2.

- GCSE courses in a variety of subjects

- Sports Coaching
